Georgian was started in 1969 as a custom home building company, and those roots still guide our design sensibility. At Georgian, we don’t just built homes to shelter and sustain our homeowners, we build homes that will also inspire them, and impress others, for years to come.
Georgian was named after a style of architecture that captures the stately prestige of centuries past for good reason. Our distinctively Georgian-inspired designs meld the definitive elements of the period to create beautifully elegant modern homes.
Classic gables and pediments, regal colonnades and columns, Palladian windows and welcoming porticos are elements that characterize Georgian’s designs. Detailed brickwork, tasteful cornices, decorative molding details and window ornamentation complete our designs and give them that extra special dimension that sets them apart from the rest.
Art can be beautiful without being functional, but architecture has a purpose. At Georgian we strive to create the most impressive -– and livable – homes on the market.
